Important Note

Custom tailoring services are made-to-order and cannot be returned or refunded once work has begun. However, we offer the following options:

Free alterations within 7 days if measurements were incorrect.

Size Adjustments

Size changes at no extra cost if the original specifications were wrong.

Repairs

Free repairs for manufacturing defects within 30 days.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. Exchanges must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. For custom tailoring orders, cancellation is possible before measurements are taken. Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-7 business days.
